Para-determined means, simply, there is no fate. The universe is not fully determined nor fully undetermined.

It reflects the nature of a recursive, entangled, and meta-determined universe, where determinism operates within paradoxical and self-referential frameworks rather than as a linear, law-bound mechanism.
