Coagency

Coagency. Coagency is the graded capacity of a horon to participate causally, through interaction with other horons and its Symvironment, in constructing the distribution of states that become reachable next. Coagency does not require consciousness, independence, or beneficial outcomes. A horon that exercises sufficient coagency through generation, evaluation, action, retention, and recursive reconstruction is a covolver.
